Regarding the conditions, OHP SERVICE reserves the right to modify, alter, and/or draft new clauses based on new activities, products, and/or services it introduces or to adapt to new regulations and legislations that may arise. Such modifications will only become binding from their effective date and will apply to the user the moment they access the portal.
  • Service Suspension: OHP SERVICE reserves the right to unilaterally and without prior notice suspend the service or deny access to the portal, temporarily or indefinitely, to any user who violates these conditions or engages in illegal, unlawful, or contrary-to-law, public order, and good conduct actions.

DURATION TERMINATION, AND RESOLUTION

The provision of portal services and its operation is, in principle, indefinite. However, OHP SERVICE may temporarily suspend the service or permanently terminate it at any time or moment without prior notice.

In cases of unilateral termination of the service or forced deactivation of the portal, OHP SERVICE will inform the user beforehand of the reasons for its decision, as well as the rationale behind it. In all such cases, no indemnity or liability may be claimed from OHP SERVICE

NOTIFICATIONS AND PROCEDURES

OHP SERVICE may send communications to the user via postal mail to the user's address, email, telephone calls, or any other public means of dissemination, provided this information has been properly provided to OHP SERVICE.

In this regard, any notifications made by OHP SERVICE to the user will be considered validly delivered if they are made using the data and means provided.Previously indicated. For this purpose, the user declares that all the information provided is true, accurate, correct, and truthful, committing to inform OHP SERVICE of all future changes, updates, and modifications related to the notification data.

All notifications and communications made to OHP SERVICE by the user will be considered effective, for all purposes, when addressed to OHP SERVICE in one of the following ways:

INTEGRITY OF THE CONDITIONS

The annulment or declaration of nullity of any of the clauses of these conditions will not, under any circumstances, entail the termination or nullity of the entirety of the conditions, with the remaining clauses remaining in effect and fully enforceable, provided they have not been declared null.

Each stipulation in these clauses must be interpreted separately and independently from the others.

If any clause included in these GENERAL CONDITIONS and/or the PARTICULAR CONDITIONS is declared wholly or partially null or unenforceable, such nullity or unenforceability will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or unenforceable. The remaining GENERAL CONDITIONS and PARTICULAR CONDITIONS will remain in effect in all other respects, and the affected provision, or the part of it, will be considered as not included.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

For any issue or dispute that may arise regarding the website, its content, and contracted services, the USER and OHP SERVICE, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, expressly submit to the application of Spanish Law. The Spanish Courts will likewise have jurisdiction, with express submission to the Courts of Madrid, unless applicable legislation imperatively determines another jurisdiction or different legislation.
