If you contact and/or register with OFF-HIGHWAY POWERTRAIN SERVICE SPAIN, S.L (hereinafter referred to as OHP Service) through another social media account and/or third-party platforms such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, among others, the USER expressly acknowledges and consents to OHP SERVICE accessing and using the information contained in said profile. In this case, the USER accepts not only the terms and privacy policies of the third party but also those of OHP SERVICE.

In the event that the user shares, publishes, and/or promotes the OHP SERVICE website on another social media platform or with third parties, the user agrees to comply with all terms of use, policies, and guidelines established by the respective social media platform or third party regarding such content. The User also agrees to be solely responsible for any claims arising from sharing or publishing any content on any social media platform or with third parties.

Social media platforms or third parties are not partners or representatives of OHP SERVICE, and the latter will not be held responsible for the acts or omissions of these platforms concerning their respective accounts.

The service provider for the official profiles of OHP SERVICE on social media platforms such as FACEBOOK®, TWITTER®, YOUTUBE®, LINKEDIN®, PINTEREST®, SPOTIFY®, and INSTAGRAM® is the entity OHP SERVICE (hereinafter referred to as the OFFICIAL SITES).

Accessing and using the OFFICIAL SITES requires acceptance of the Specific Conditions of the Social Media Section, the GENERAL CONDITIONS, and the PRIVACY POLICY detailed herein, as well as the policies and rules of the social media platforms for the OFFICIAL SITES.

Nevertheless, the general operation of the social media platform is primarily governed by the conditions established by the platform's owner and/or provider and, secondarily, by the present terms and conditions.

OHP SERVICE reserves the right to remove any information from the OFFICIAL SITES that violates these GENERAL CONDITIONS, the Privacy Policy, the social media provider's rules, or any applicable laws, morals, or public order.

Similarly, social media platform owners or providers may remove any content that, either on their own initiative or following a complaint by another user, violates the rules or operating guidelines established by the provider of each platform.

To unfollow the OFFICIAL SITES, the user must follow the instructions provided in the operational terms and conditions of each platform provider, without OHP SERVICE being able to intervene in this process.

However, OHP SERVICE reserves the right to create, edit, modify, and/or delete the OFFICIAL SITES without prior notice.

Social media profiles and accounts are intended for users aged 14 and above. However, the OFFICIAL SITES are aimed at adults, and minors aged 14 and above should not register, use any services offered on the OFFICIAL SITES, profiles, or accounts of OHP SERVICE on social media, nor provide any personal information.

OHP SERVICE will take the necessary measures to prevent the use of the OFFICIAL SITES by minors to the extent possible.

The OFFICIAL SITES provide a space where users can post and exchange information and content, as well as communicate with other USERS.

Such use must not have economic or commercial purposes.

The user is required to make reasonable use of the OFFICIAL SITES and their content, according to their capabilities and intended purposes, and in compliance with customs, morals, current legislation, these terms, and the policies and rules published by the social media platforms. The user is solely responsible for the information, images, opinions, comments, or content of any kind that they communicate, store, transmit, make available, or display through the OFFICIAL SITES.

OHP SERVICE cannot be held editorially responsible for content published by the user and explicitly states that it does not identify with any opinions posted by users on the OFFICIAL SITES, whose consequences are entirely the responsibility of the author.

In any case, the use of the OFFICIAL SITES for illegal or unauthorized purposes, with or without economic intent, is strictly prohibited. Specifically, but not limited to:

· Hosting, storing, disseminating, publishing, distributing, or sharing any content that may be considered a violation in any form of the fundamental rights to honor, image, and personal and family privacy of third parties, data protection, and especially minors.

· Hosting, storing, disseminating, publishing, distributing, or sharing images or photographs featuring images or personal data of third parties without obtaining their consent.

· Hosting, storing, disseminating, publishing, distributing, or sharing content that violates the secrecy of communications, infringes on intellectual or industrial property rights, or breaches personal data protection regulations.

· Reproducing, distributing, making available, or sharing, inside or outside the OFFICIAL SITES, photographs or images made available by other users of the said site.

· Hosting, storing, disseminating, publishing, distributing, or sharing any material or information that is illegal, racist, obscene, pornographic, abusive, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, or contrary to morals or public order.

· Using the service to insult, defame, intimidate, or harass other users and/or third parties.

· Introducing computer viruses, defective files, or hosting, storing, distributing, or sharing any other material or software that may damage or alter the contents, programs, or systems of the OFFICIAL SITES.

· Using the OFFICIAL SITES to send advertising or commercial communications, issue messages with advertising purposes, or collect data for the same purpose.

· Using the OFFICIAL SITES for sending unsolicited mass or repetitive emails to multiple individuals or sharing email addresses of third parties without their consent.

  • Impersonating a third party for any purpose.

OHP SERVICE may inform and cooperate appropriately with law enforcement, judicial, and/or administrative authorities if it detects illegal use of the OFFICIAL SITES.

The user is informed that the content and services offered through the OFFICIAL SITES—including texts, graphics, images, animations, musical creations, videos, sounds, drawings, photographs, all comments, exhibits, and HTML code, as well as trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs appearing therein—are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Ownership of the rights to the aforementioned content may belong to OHP SERVICE or third-party individuals and/or entities.

The publication of the aforementioned content through the OFFICIAL SITES does not imply, under any circumstances, the transfer, waiver, or assignment, in whole or in part, of the ownership of the corresponding intellectual or industrial property rights by OHP SERVICE and/or their legitimate third-party owners to the user.

Under no circumstances may the user make use of the services and content available on the site for purposes other than exclusively personal use.
